If you are planning on having an election, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Figure out those eligible for the OA by the time of election
  2. Fill out Election Request Form and Submit it to the chapter (Click Here for Form)
  3. Prepare for election upon confirmation of a scheduled election date

*All elections must be completed by July 1st. You are not guaranteed the date and time you choose. The chapter will be in contact with you with the info that you submit on the election request form.
